Is there any way to file FCRA returns for Financial Year 2013-14 after last date (i.e. 31-12-2014)...?

hi everyone...am from chennai.. completed 1st group of ipcc 9 months of my articleship is over... but i was doing only internal audit ... i had no exposure in other works... iam worried about my carrier now.. please suggest me a firm in chennai where i can get a good exposur?? and aslo please tell me whether i can continue with the same firm?

Sir, Executive Director who was in employment, left the job (Continuing as a Director in the same company) and become the consultant of the same company and receiving the Professional fee from the company. Please tell me the procedure and requirements as per the Companies Act 2013. (Section 188) We need the Compliance procedure, what are the forms to be filed for the mentioned case, please help us.

I was registered under a ca in ahmedabad. i have served therefor one year and 8 months till oct-14. On 20-10-2014 i filled form 109 because my principal wants to go abroad from nov-14. And soon after i registered myself under another ca from 28th Oct 2014. without the approval of form 109. now i have received a letter from ICAI stating that first i should take permission and than i should fill form 109. or i should carry on with old principal.

I had not shown that my principal has gone abroad and he has not surrendered his COP yet.

What should i do? should i carry on to old principal? can it make difficulties in future?

Please reply as soon as possible.
