11 February 2015 hallo freinds, I am working in NBFC .in our company we provide 1% provision on the total loan advances to customer every month. now in current mont out of total loan advance 5 customer has been declared as defaulters who are not paying form last three months. so we decided to provide 10% on these five customer. My query is i should provide 1% on total loan and plus 10% on these five loans. or i should exclude these five loans and provide 1% on remaing and then 10% on five loans.
