Job Description

The Articleship role at K K & Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves assisting in various audit assignments, including bank audits, internal audits, stock and receivables audits, and compliance-related reviews under the guidance of senior team members. The articleship trainee will support in preparing working papers, documenting audit findings, performing basic accounting and tax computations, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks also include coordinating with clients for data collection, learning to interpret financial statements, and gaining exposure to practical aspects of statutory and regulatory requirements. The position offers structured professional development and hands-on experience in audit, assurance, and related consulting services.

Qualifications

Enrolled in or pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) curriculum, with successful completion of required intermediate/entry-level examinations.
Fundamental knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and basic taxation concepts.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with accounting or audit-related software tools.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
Effective written and verbal
