Please tell me that when anyone forget to written roll no. on the revaluation letter and submit it to the institute. whether the amount submited by demand draft by him is refundable or not.

I am an article registered under a ca whose office is in Faridabad & and whose firm is in Delhi ,And i am working in the firm head office i.e. in Delhi.

So What is my working place,Faridabad or Delhi
Now i Want to change my firm (After one year of articleship) which is established in Delhi,
So tell me that it is a valid reason for transfer as per ICAI Guidelines From Faridabad to delhi

I have both group cleared and graduate my final attempt on Nov 2016.

I want to know that i will complete my articleship training of 1 Year on 25 feb 2015 but i can not take registertion in GMCS due to some reasons.I want to know that whether there is no problem that i could not completed GMCS within one year. And also tell me the upcoming batch of GMCS-1. In which i take registeration. Thankyou

Assessee has deducted 194A and filed form 26Q for NRI customer and also filed the same deduction in form 27Q as 27Q is correct form for 3rd Q for F.Y.14-15. Data processed by department and recd notice for short deduction of payment for 27Q and also the raised demand for the same.Kindly suggest how to file revised return and reduce demand to Nil.

sir my year is completing in Feb 15 and I haven't done my gmcs I wanted to register for Feb 15 batch but could not do due to faulty online system of icai and I have my GRP 2 in may and bcom exams in April if I do it on June will it do? pls reply fast I'm worried

i had failed in nov attempt of ipcc i have given both groups.. from the result day till today haven't studied even for sec.. was confused frow where shuld i start.. not able to decide either both group or single group .. was not able to make a plan . need ur guidance..
