Excessive leave in article

16 February 2015 I have completed my articles on 08.12.2014 & Submitted Form No. 108 Stating leave of 163 days . Now I have received a letter from Institute that I have taken 8 days excessive leave.
Though I have completed on 08.12.2014, I have served in Office till 15.01.2015.
What Procedure now I should follow Fill 107 Or 103 & 102?

16 February 2015 You just need to fill form 107 and 108 if you have served with the same firm. Also make sure there should not be even a single day gap i.e. in form 107 mention that your training continued from 09.12.2014 for 8 days.

16 February 2015 but 107 requires stamp & i cannot get stamp dated 09.12.2014 .. If I attached stamp paper of Future date is it valid?

16 February 2015 It should be valid. Send the form along with late fees as per Institute norms.
