1. 4-6 years of relevant accounting / finance experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field
3. CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance would be an advantage
4. Strong understanding of Indian accounting and GST/TDS
5. Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
6. Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, SAP or similar
7. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
8. High attention to detail and ownership mindset
