11 February 2015 Hi, just want to know that for new Franchisee branches (for saloon, beauty products selling)what all the documents, certificates, Licenses etc required. kindly help on this.

11 February 2015 You need to enter into a franchisee agreement. The local taxes etc. and the procedures are normally carried out by the concerned franchisee. The franchisee agreement includes a suitable clause to that effect.

11 February 2015 Hi,thanks for reply. I am a b'com graduate, my part of job is to look into accounts and all related work in regards of franchisee center. The franchisee branches would be opening shortly, So what all the area which i need to take care as this profile is new for me. Kindly guide.

11 February 2015 Franchisee is a separate entity as distinct from the Franchisor. The work shall be done by the franchisee. You need to monitor the same.
checking, inspection, verification, cash reporting etc.
