Sir,
If a Packer and mover located at Chennai moves goods from one state to another ( eg. Chennai to Bangalore ) and raises the Invoice to his customer on his Chennai Address, then will it be a Inter-state service or Intra-state service.
Kindly advice.

Hi, GST is not applicable in case of moving items used for personal. so here in this case movers and Packers will not charge any GST.
