1. Finance Function Oversight
• Own end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and MIS in accordance with the RBI and MCA requirements for an NBFC.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management and the Board.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide actionable financial insights.
• Oversee treasury operations including liquidity management, fund planning, and borrowing cost optimisation.
• Manage statutory and internal audits; coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Qualifications
• Semi or fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) – mandatory.
• Company Secretary (CS) qualification is strongly preferred; candidates holding both CA/CMA + CS will be given priority.
• MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution may be considered in lieu of CS.
Experience
• 5-8 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in an NBFC, Bank, or Fintech -environment.
• Demonstrable experience handling RBI regulatory compliance
