13 February 2015 Assessee has deducted 194A and filed form 26Q for NRI customer and also filed the same deduction in form 27Q as 27Q is correct form for 3rd Q for F.Y.14-15. Data processed by department and recd notice for short deduction of payment for 27Q and also the raised demand for the same.Kindly suggest how to file revised return and reduce demand to Nil.

13 February 2015 Revise form 26Q by entering zero value so that your remittance will be considered for 27Q.

13 February 2015 Sir I tried but error message is displayed " Amount of payment/credited/debited must be greater than or equal to total income TDS"

13 February 2015 Update/delete /add deductee details. This type of correction is known as C3.

14 February 2015 Sir, as per your guidance i have entered zero values in amount paid/credit row for deductee details and tried to validate the revise return, but the same error is displayed and not able to generate form 27A
