11 February 2015 CA firm and DECENT salary is a bit odd combination.

Since you claim that your father is CM in Bank of Baroda, he would be in a better position to have the list of CAs doing concurrent audit for Bank of Baroda.
Through that link you can find out CA firms having concurrent audits of other banks.
