What documents required for IE code
It is mandatory if person A wants to open ABC proprietorship firm, then it's mandatory that BANK account should be in name of ABC instead of A name ?

Is DSC required for getting IEC code? we dont need to submit hard copy to department after attaching DSC?

I want know about how many types allowance we gave to our workers, in the case of ESIC , If we opened a salary account to my workers so how will we manage to salary because the esic limit is Rs-10000/- but my worker salary made one month approximate every month Rs-12500/-,So what we do in that case , please suggest me .

I have a single truck on loan , i operate it through a broker ,and my driver drives it .as for the freight i recieve cash or cheque from the transport agency . And out of it i make expenses like purchasing diesel , toll taxes , labour charges , driver meal expenses.
I recieve near about 2.5 lakhs in a month and expenses are 1.8 lakhs , and 50000 is my truck loan installment , 10000 is driver's salary . I only get 10000 per month as final income .
But these transactions are held in my bank account so how to file income tax ?? And do i need service tax registrations ?? I need to open a current account so how can i get myself register for a firm ??

Respected Expert, This might sound wierd....but i am asking this query on purpose...as a Chartered Accountant in my town said so.. My deceased grand father has a land(non agricultural land). He is having 3 sons... My father and 2 brothers.... Last month they divided the land into 3 parts and registered the same in their names respectively paying the appropriate registration fee. Does this attract any Capital Gains...?? or any other taxes.. A chartered Accountant in my town said that tax is payable..I felt wierd....but for a second doubted myself that he might be right... Can u please guide me in this regards as to whether any tax is payable.. Thank You.

Is this extension period includ in completion of articleship ....my articleship completed at 8th feb 2015. My principal will give me 10 month extension. So my attempt given in nov 2015 will become invalid????? This extension have any effect on my future attempt....????

For salary, ICWA materials suggest that an accrual type entry is to be passed.

But have talked to certain people and they suggest that provision entry should be passed for Salary although similar to that of accrual.
