Gst ekyc verification - cant enter aadhaar

04 May 2026 while making refund application, its asking e-kyc aadhar verification.
when dealer tries to type aadhaar no. only numbers its taking, not alphabets.
so how to do e-kyc?

04 May 2026 Aadhaar e-KYC field accepts only the 12-digit Aadhaar number, not alphabets. Do not enter name there. Enter only numbers without space or dash, and ensure Aadhaar belongs to the authorised signatory updated on GST portal. If the portal still gives error, try another browser or raise GST grievance with screenshot.
