Manager- Finance and Compliance

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join as Manager – Finance & Compliance. This is a senior individual-contributor role with leadership responsibility, anchoring the finance function, Company Secretarial operations, and regulatory compliance for our NBFC. The incumbent will be the organisation’s primary interface with regulators, statutory bodies, and the Board on matters of financial governance and compliance.

Skills Required

Oversight of entire finance function including financial accounting, reporting, and MIS, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Act as the focal point for all Company Secretarial matters and interface with the Board, committees, and shareholders
• Ensure full compliance with RBI Master Directions applicable to NBFCs.
• Prepare and submit periodic regulatory returns and filings with RBI, SEBI and other statutory bodies.
