I want to start new business in new premises. Do I need to apply for Shop Act Licence ?
What if I am trading in goods online from my home, like selling goods on Amazon or Flipkart. Do I need Shop Act Licence for online sales ?

Yes, you need to get the license within 30 days from the date of starting business.
