We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head / CA-level Accounts Officer to manage the company’s financial health, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
• Handle audits (Internal, Statutory, and Tax Audits)
• Manage cash flow, fund planning, and working capital
• Monitor and control costs, expenses, and financial risks
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government authorities
• Lead and mentor the accounts team
• Implement and improve financial processes and controls

Skills Required

Qualified CA OR Semi qualified

• CA Qualified (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory / Preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance
• Experience in retail / manufacturing / corporate finance (preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management ability
