Change in constitution of partnership

When there is change in partners of the firm, new partnership deed is prepared. In that case what should be considered as the date of commencement of business i.e. whether original partnership date or date on which there is change in partners of the firm

Date of commencement of business will be Date of Original Partnership deed.
Change in partners will not change the date of formation. The supplementary deed or admission deed date is for the purpose of calculation of profits or Interest for the new partner.
