Please give a specimen of the annexure to be given along with MBP-1 disclosing the details of relatives of director. If director along with wife is director in 2 companies, whether he has to disclose the name of second company in the details of wife

Dear Sir,

The company will use the building owned by the father of director. Hence, rent agreement is required to be prepared. But My question is that in whose name rent agreement should be made as the procedure of incorporation of the company is going on.

I can't use the company's name in rent agreement so to whom building is to be given on rent. I required to file the rent agreement in Form INC-22.

Please help me in respect of the above.

As per sec 184 of CA, 2013 newly appointed director have to disclose their interest in the next board meeting held after their appointmnet for which they have to disclose their interest in MBP 1. Now my query is that-

1. Whether the company in which he is appointed have to again file MGT 14 for disclosure of Interest by newly appointed director.
2. And if that newly appointed director is already a director in other 5 companies, whether he have to disclose his interest again in all the existing companies.
3. Whether all existing 5 companies also have to file MGT 14 for disclosure of Interest.

Please reply specifically for each query.
