ROC Compliance
Sir,
We are a MNC company having 100% foreign share holding. Apart from being 100% shareholding we have to comply with all the indian requirements.
We have regd office at Kolkata and we want to open a branch office in other states, so for opening the branch offices what compliances we have to do.

- Itr 1 processing
- Showing Gift from relative in ITR for this year
- ITR returnFY25-26
- ITR selection for salaries and capital gain less than L
- INCOME TAX ON REDEVELOPEMENT OF FLAT
- ITR 2 Short Term gain & Long term gain
- Form 10E u/s 89(1). Need clarification because experts opinions differ !!!!
- Short Term Capital gain on shares bought and sold after 2018 onwards
