Hello All,
Does it require to give notice for board meeting to a foreign director.
Also is it require to give written notice to a director who is in the same office.
Please help me.

yes it is necessary to give the notice the both type of director whether indian /nri

According to provisions of Companies Act, notice of board meeting should be given to all the directors then in India. But if the director resides outside India a notice given to Indian address leaves no use. Hence, notice should be given to all directors outside India also.
