Shares purchased from an unlisted company, but didn't get documents,
How to get certificates & documents of the same.

10 October 2007 How did you purchased the same? Whether you have purchased the same from the existing shareholder or you have made application with the Company and paid for the same? if you have made appilcation with the Company, first of all we have to check whether the company has completed allotment of shres. then only we can proceed with the company.
