FIRST YOU HAVE TO FILE FORM 1A FOR AVAILABILITY OF NAME ON MCA PORTAL BY PAYING FEES THRU CREDIT CARD
AFTER APPROVING THE NAME ON MCA PORTAL YOU
HAVE TO FILE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ON MCA PORTAL :-FORM 1,FORM 18,FORM 32AND ATTACHMENTS OF MOA,AOA,(MOA/AOA DULY FILLED /SIGNED BY DIRECTORS IN THEIR OWN HAND WRITING AND ONE WITNESS AND MOA/AOA DULY STAMPED), POWER OF ATTORNEY ON 50/- RUPEE STAMP PAPER DULY NOTORISED,AND FIRST PAGE OF FORM 1 ON 10 RUPEE NON-JUD. STAMP PAPER
AFTER UPLOADING THE ABOVE PAPERS ON MCA PORTAL YOU HAVE TO FILE IN PHYSICAL FORM THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN ROC OFFICE
ORIGINAL MEMORANDUM DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED
ORIGINAL FORM 1 (FIRST PAGE PRINTED ON 10 RUPEE STAMP PAPER), POWER OF ATTORNEY
AFTER SOME TIME U WILL GET REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FROM ROC OFFICE
