10 July 2014 Dear Sir,

The company will use the building owned by the father of director. Hence, rent agreement is required to be prepared. But My question is that in whose name rent agreement should be made as the procedure of incorporation of the company is going on.

I can't use the company's name in rent agreement so to whom building is to be given on rent. I required to file the rent agreement in Form INC-22.

Please help me in respect of the above.
It's urgent !!!

10 July 2014 In such cases company can't take on lease. An authorisation letter from the owner will suffice for incorporation purpose. For details please see page 9 ,paragraph 3,of "instruction kit for e-form INC-22".
