Key Responsibilities of Finance Manager
1. Financial Management: Oversee accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and preparation of financial reports/MIS.
2. Compliance & Controls: Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements while maintaining strong internal controls.
3. Client & Team Management: Coordinate client engagements, supervise finance and compliance teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
