AT THE TIME OF PREPARATION OF AOA , AT WHICH PLACE NAME OF FIRST DIRECTORS ,I HAVE TO MENTION .
AND LAST PAGE OF AOA AND MOA WHICH MUST BE HAND WRITTEN AND DULY SIGNED BY DIRECTORS REQUIRE PHOTOGRAPH OF DIRECTORS ?
WHO CAN BE A WITNESS FOR AOA AND MOA SIGNATORY DIRECTORS

10 July 2014 1. There is a section called “Directors” in Articles where name of first directors is to be mentioned. Refer any ready AOA for reference. Lots of AOA available on google search.
2. Photograph of Directors are not required to be attached in MOA and AOA signature table.
3. Any professional like CS, CA, CMA or lawyer can act as witness in MOA and AOA signature table.
