One pvt company having three directors and all ofare additional director,Out of three Directors Two Directors are Additional Dairector Since 2008 and other Since 2012. Please Tell me the Procedure to Regularise them and Resolution if any.

In case of filing of Form MBP-1 with E-Form MGT-14 in 1st Board Meeting is it necessary to mention the details of the companies which are incorporated outside India in which the director of Indian company is presently having any type of interest(i.e. director or shareholder).

Can we file MGT-14 for for two board resolution as the Board meeting were held in the same month. Further in this case can i file for disclosure of interest declared by the board in the first meeting and finalization of account in the second board meeting??

Please help me out as 30 days are about to expire in a couple of days and my account have also been finalised??

I am a dierector in a company and we are only two directors in that pvt ltd company. Kindly tell me how can I resign from this post immediately because some unethical practices are there and I dont have control on thos3 practices. Is there any process to give any notice in news paper for my saperation or something?

is there is any change in position of promoter as per companies act ,2013 i.e any change in duties of promoter, rights of promoter?
is promoter is eligible to take remuneration as companies act 1956 allows to give remuneration to promoter
