Preparation of Board Meeting Minutes
Annual Filing for companies
Secretarial record updations and maintenance
Advisory and consultancy
Execution of secretarial activities
III Skill Set & Personality Traits required:
Knowledge of Company Law/Corporate Law, basic accounting
Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word in particular).
Excellent analytical and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Keen attention to detail.
