is there is any change in position of promoter as per companies act ,2013 i.e any change in duties of promoter, rights of promoter?
is promoter is eligible to take remuneration as companies act 1956 allows to give remuneration to promoter

Could you please through some light on the position of promoter whether he/she is Director/Managing Director in the Company or what is the exact position/designation of promoter in this regard apart from the fact that he is promoter? What kind of role he/she is playing?
