14 July 2014 Dear Experts,

Who needs to file form MGT-14 exactly. Please help me..
What is the requirement of this form.. Is there any last date for filing this form??

Please guide?

14 July 2014 There are various resolution passed in a company for different purposes and business. There are certain resolutions which are required to be reported to ROC whenever they are passed by the Company. So the copy of these resolutions is to be filed by the company through filing of Form MGT.14 within 30 days of passing.

Kindly refer section 117 for the same.
