Financial Controller

Job Description

A process-oriented Finance Controller with a qualification in Chartered Accountancy. This is an opportunity for broad role with the coverage including finance and compliances of our Cat-2 AIF, Investment Manager entity and the Investee/ SPVs controlled by the Fund.
Key result areas:
-Compliances with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit requirements.
-Preparation of financial statements and investor reporting.
-Monitoring internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs across units.
-Manage liquidity, working capital, treasury functions and raising debt.
-Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, bankers, and regulatory Responsibilities

Skills Required

Key requirements:
-Prior experience in AIF finance & compliances
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
-Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
