In case of filing of Form MBP-1 with E-Form MGT-14 in 1st Board Meeting is it necessary to mention the details of the companies which are incorporated outside India in which the director of Indian company is presently having any type of interest(i.e. director or shareholder).

As per Section 184 of the Companies Act, 2013 Director shall disclose his concern or interest in any company or companies or bodies corporate, firms, or other association of individuals.
Section 2(11) defines “body corporate” or “corporation” includes a company incorporated outside India also.
Bodies corporate includes foreign incorporated companies also so the director has to disclose in MBP-1 companies which are incorporated outside India in director is interested.
