A new director is required to be appointed in a pvt ltd company.
So kindly let me know that what procedure should i follow for proposed appointment:-
1. By appointing as additional director
2. By appointing directly in EGM

IF i opt. to appoint a director by holding EGM then kindly provide me resolution for appointment as per the provisions of companies act 2013.

The company has incorporated on 15-06-2012 as public limited company as per the companies act 1956. But till date they not issue the share certificate.The paid up capital is Rs.10lakh . So now do have to issue the share certificate according to New Companies Act - Format or the Old Companies Act ??

What are the proceejure after issue the certificate & what are the consequences to not issue of share certificate till now

Have any issue the share certificate in back dated.

Provisional DIN has been alloted by MCA saying the details as potential Duplicate.

How Long will it to get the Approved DIN From MCA.

Can i File INC 1 Pending approval of the Provisional DIN.

ROC Status Shows: Pls furnish ownership proof of title owner of registered office address such as registered ownership deed, property tax receipt etc. Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 24/06/2015 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record.
