I want to know can we transfer the property of Company to Director of the company?
If yes tell me the procedure and Tax Effect of the same ?

Transfer of property of director is possible subject to necessary approvals. This will be a related party transaction.
Kindly refer section 188 for relevant compliances in this regard.
