Senior Account Manager

Job Description

𝐀𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 is looking for an experienced 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏 to manage and oversee our financial operations.

🔹 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
Manage end-to-end accounting, reconciliations & financial reporting
Handle GST, TDS, audits & regulatory compliance
Manage fund disbursements, settlements & investor reporting
Monitor cash flow, investments & financial controls
Identify process improvements and manage financial risks
Work closely with Legal, Compliance & Operations teams
Mentor and guide junior accounts team members
🔹 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
5+ years of relevant experience
CA / CPA / ICWA or equivalent qualification
Experience in financial services, fintech, NBFC, investment or wealth management
Strong knowledge of accounting, compliance & financial reporting
Proficiency in Tally/Zoho & MS Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills

Skills Required

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime/Zoho
Perform bank, ledger and settlement reconciliations
Prepare and file GST returns, and calculate and deposit TDS
Process vendor payments and expenses
Support investor payouts, settlements and loan/invoice discounting accounting
Prepare MIS reports and month-end closing
Support audits and coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Operations
Fintech/NBFC experience preferred
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance, or CA
Tally Prime/Zoho and Excel (VLOOKUP
