Quick Summary

Itr 1 with nil tax and itr 4 with refund of 3000 was processed on same day. Itr 1 filed with refund of 27000 is pending since more than ten days

Yes, obviously any ITR with more than 25K refund gets additional checks...

In general around 45/50 days... but depends upon total data reconciliation.
