About bod leave of absence

22 June 2015 Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to know,how to get the leave of absence from the board meeting by board of director as per the companies act,2013.

Further we required to know the notice for leave of absence is in Written or oral.

02 July 2015 1. Issue notice of BM to all the Directors.

2. On receipt of notice, a director may ask for leave of absence by providing you unavailability letter.

3. That letter can be put in the board meeting and board may grant leave of absence to that director on the basis of unavailability letter.
