Is form MGT-14 for disclouser of interest of directors (MBP-1) to be filed every year if there is no change of interest of directors

Filing of MGT 14 for disclosure of interest of directors is done away with vide MCA Notification dated 18th March 2015 Companies(Meetings of Board and its powers) Amendment Rules, 2015

Agree with the opinion of expert.
Now simply take note of disclosure of interest by way of a board resolution as per old practice. No need to file any form with ROC.
