Accounts Associate Level 1

Job Description

The person will be responsible for independently maintaining the books of accounts of assigned clients/entities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, performing regular bank reconciliations, and preparing weekly and monthly financial and management reports within prescribed timelines.

The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, ownership of assigned tasks, and the ability to complete routine accounting and reporting activities with minimal supervision.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.

Experience

0-1 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.

Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and practical skills may also be considered.

Technical Skills

Ability to independently maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions.

Good knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
