Users are encountering an error on the new TRACES portal when trying to file their TDS Q2 return, stating that mandatory responsible person details are missing despite correct entries. This issue appears to stem from a desynchronisation between the TRACES master profile and the statement. The solution involves re-saving authorised person details, using the latest FVU utility, and ensuring all address and contact fields are complete.

The "mandatory responsible person details" error occurs due to a desynchronization between the deductor master profile on TRACES and the statement metadata. Resolving it requires re-saving the authorized person details on the portal, ensuring the latest FVU utility is used, and validating that all address and contact fields are fully populated.
