Please guide me on Company name Approval
1. Is it mandatory to fill significance of key or coined word in INC-1??
2. Suppose I wish to get name approval Nids packing private limited,can i write in significance nids is nick name of promoter and packing refers to covering goods in packets or boxes??
3. can there be objection if some trademark is registered by some one having word packing. ??
Please guide and enlighten me

For
1. No it is not mandatory but it support your name
2.yes you can do so.
3. In your name kids is the key word so if any trademark is available as kids than only name will not given. Packing is the activity so can not be a trademark.
