I'm started my articleship but i'm the 11th article so is there any rules that a CA can have only 10 artilces and yes then what shud i do?

if suppose i got register for a articles in ca firm for a month and i want to transfer from my existing firm ..my question is that will i subbmit transfer form if i dnt want to count my month of articleship ? or if a subbmit my new form of articleship with a new and fresh start than still i want to submit my transfer form i dnt wana count my month..?

i want to take transfer in 2nd year of articleship and my principle allowed me to take transfer - i just want to know that can i take transfer 50 km away from principle office or other restrcitions will apply? please help me out

Dear Professional Members, I am chartered accountant and had propertiorship firm , recently i joined in one organisation and applied for part time cop. Can i take full time cop holders as partners and continue my firm . i will not do any attest functions but the partners who hold full time cop will attest on the behalf of firm name. can i do like this. Please suggest me.

I have a private ltd co. it's date of incorporation is 17th Oct 2012 it's authorized capital is 500000 and paid up capital is 100000 now i want to file Roc return so please tell me the penalty as due date was 31/12/2012 as per my calculation.
