if suppose i got register for a articles in ca firm for a month and i want to transfer from my existing firm ..my question is that will i subbmit transfer form if i dnt want to count my month of articleship ? or if a subbmit my new form of articleship with a new and fresh start than still i want to submit my transfer form i dnt wana count my month..?
1) to take transfer from articleship once registered under a ca with form 103 and 102 there is no automatic provision for transfer of articleship..you need to submit form 109 to icai duly signed by your principal to be send to icai with in 30 days from the date of transfer
Note: no transfer allowed with in 6 months from the date of joining as an article student
