09 June 2013 I'm started my articleship but i'm the 11th article so is there any rules that a CA can have only 10 artilces and yes then what shud i do?

09 June 2013 No,member is not eligible to train more than 10 articles

If a member is in continuous practice for more than 10 years he can train 10 articles,

09 June 2013 check how many are there in your member records

write your employer membership number in place of 012345

Note: as mentioned in above reply if any (*) is there against student vacancy is available against that student

It is recommended to join as an article under other partner in the same firm if vacancy not available.

09 June 2013 Sir should i fill any form for shifting to other partners firm
i have not yet received my registration letter
which form should i fill or tell me the procedure?

10 June 2013 have you already submitted form 103 to icai under the principal who have more than 10 articles under him..

if yes please contact icai..what was the status of your article ship and whether it is accepted or not

if you have not yet sent form 103 under him to icai just register as a article under other partner in a same firm who have vacancy to train article student as above said eligibility rules
