Dear Experts,
We have filed our TDS Return (Form 140) for Q2 of FY 2026-27 through the New TRACES Portal on 10-10-2026.
On the same day of filing, we received an email confirmation from TRACES stating:
"Your Statement Processing Without any Default."
However, after 10 days, when we downloaded Form 131 from the TRACES Portal, the statement status was still showing "Pending Process".
The details are as follows:
Form Type: Form 140
Financial Year: 2026-27
Quarter: Q2
Date of Filing: 10-10-2026
Provisional Return Receipt Number: 420000000899500
Acknowledgement Receipt No.: AB1026315085
Email Confirmation: Statement Processing Without any Default
Kindly clarify whether this is a normal technical/status update issue on the New TRACES Portal or whether any further action is required from our side
