HI. I AM A CA FINAL STUDENT. I APPEARED FOR MY EXAMS THIS JUNE BUT DIDNOT CLEAR MY 2ND GRP DUE TO COSTING. HOW TO PREPARE WELL IN THIS SUBJECT SO THAT I CAN CLEAR THIS TIME. I FACED TIME MANAGEMENT PROBLEM WHILE APPEARING IN MY EXAMS THIS JUNE. HOW CAN I OVERCOME IT?

SIR ONE OF MY FRIEND CLIENT WANTS TO START NEW BUSSINESS. WHAT FORM IS SUITABLE FOR HIM IF CONSIDERING FOLLOWING THINGS:
1 THERE ARE 2-3 PERSONS INVOLVED
2 MONEY CONSTRAINT i.e. MONEY IS NOT ENOUGH TO FULLY FINANCE PROJECT
3 IND IS AGRICULTURE BASED
4 CAN HE OPT FOR LLP?

I am appearing in CS Foundation in 2009 in December . I want to ask that while filling up the examination form which option should i prefer .' The old Course' or 'The New Course'.
And what is the difference between the two.

Students who do not possess the specified practical experience are required to undergo on the job training for a period of fifteen months in recognised companies or under a Company Secretary in Practice duly approved for the purpose.

I don't understand the specific practical Experience

How can one get this exemption if any provided by the icsi
