In a company for doing any business under Factories Act, we need an industrial license. If the company wants to do any other business than whether it requires another industrial license for other business or it has been add on that business in the same industrial license. If it requires a new one, than what is the procedure for it and for this purpose which documents needs to be submitted?

I cleared Ist group CA Final in the last attempt and couldn reach the examiners expectation in the IInd group and got failed. I am very much worried about cost management(theory part only) and MICS. I am appearing in CS Foundation in 2009 in December . I want to ask that while filling up the examination form which option should i prefer .' The old Course' or 'The New Course'.
And what is the difference between the two.
