respected Sir,
PLease tell me that may I do IPCC even I am in job of an Accountant in National Level Organization although I have passed CPT exam and want to do IPCC with job.

Yes, you can do..
But note that, when you complete your IPCC-Group-1 and compulsory IT course, you will become eligible for articleship.
And while doing articleship, you cannot work in any company..
