please suggest me whether insitute is going to increase the attempys for CA final old course or from May 2010, we need to proceed with new syllabus

The chances are very high, that institute may increase 2 more attempts for CA-final old course...But so far, institute has not made any announcement on this...so you have to wait till such announcement..
By the way, if you are going to give your CA-Final Nov 09 Exam...then all the best for that..
