In a company for doing any business under Factories Act, we need an industrial license. If the company wants to do any other business than whether it requires another industrial license for other business or it has been add on that business in the same industrial license. If it requires a new one, than what is the procedure for it and for this purpose which documents needs to be submitted?

09 September 2009 The Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006, governs the policy for industry upto Rs 10 cr investment in plant and machinery in the manufacturing sector in the services sector the corresponding investment in equipment is not more than Rs5.00 cr more than that comes under the large industry category for which Industrial Development Act will apply.
