can more than one firm constitute a pvt. ltd. co. and if i want to know full knowledge on the above subject thn wat should i refer...???

There are many caoching institutes for CA PCC coaching in Delhi and Mumbai but i havent find any who conducts mock test as like they are being conducted For CAT enterance and IIT JEE.
Could anyone please send me contact details of coaching centres in Mumbai nd Delhi if any.
If not i request the respected teachers to provide such facilities.

Is there really anything like the Institute doesn't pass the sudents irrespective of there good performance in the exams , or is it just a myth?
Recently my friend also took june exams and shockingly he didn't clear any .
In cost-fm where he is expecting 75-80,he just got 45 and same with other subjects.

as we had carried out partnership without registration and now applied for the registration no with the registrar of firm. The partner want to amend the partnership deed can the partner amend the same ? can apply for the change in constitution with rof on the basis of the application receipt received from the ROF will be accepted by the ROF ????

Please explain the procedure as per the Companies Act for payment of remuneration to a Director of a Private Limited Company who is also a Managing Director of some other Private Limited Company and is also a shareholder in both the Priave Ltd., Companies. Also the profit of the Company that wants to pay remuneration to its Director/Directors is less.

i read about the confirmation of final attempt in case of a person whose articleship gets over on april 2nd 2010 and as answered he is eligible to appear in may 2010. but i jst wnt to confirm wether there is any requirement that articleshp should be completed atlst 3 months before appearing ???? my articleshp will get over on april 2nd 2011 so will i be eligible to appear in may 11........
