Tds is deducted on job work bill. but in our company there are bills which included transportation or labour cost in the same. so is tds required to be deducted on the same. also when there are bills of purchase of goods, transporation-freight or labour charges are included. will tds required to be deducted from same? kindly guide.

An accountant comes on sundays in a propreitorship concern to make its accounts. Whether payment to him will be in nature of salary or profeesional fee for the purpose of TDS provisions?
